Signing a player has an impact on the cap and everything, anything missmanaged actually affects the fans.

If Ducharme gets a 5 years contract, as long as that doesn't prevent to have him removed if needed (which shouldn't because we've fired Claude Julien and I'm sure his salary was higher).
