As for Jack, Jack is under contract for 5 years yet right?

Sabres did significantly better on the return for Reinhart than the Rangers did for an equally impactful forward in Buchnevich.

Ultimately both should have gone for way more than Jones and Ristolainen. I still don't get it.

It’s the type of deal you get for a rental at the deadline.

Do people really think adams is gonna trade him in the division if he had better offers?

Sam has made it clear he's going to free agency. That's why Seth Jones got way more because he immediately signed with CHI.

The market for D was greater than a certain type of forward rentals. I don't know we'll have to wait until the insiders some out with why if they do.

Levi was fantastic in the World Juniors. I still don't have faith the Sabres scouting department can get the draft right anyway. Might as well go with someone with at least a small track record.
