A 2022 does nothing as Fla will be good again. Conditional 23….meh. Vatrano fine at TDL. Levi and UPL in 2-3 years?

Doesn’t move the needle at all, IMO. After speculation of 8+turcotte and others….underwhelming.

The conditional 1st may be based on something related to the playoffs for Reinhart, and that could be the cause of the delay.
