If EP is looking for $9M per then negotiations will definitely drag on. If him and his agents don’t move off that figure I’d trade his ass. I’d rather be a Vegas styled team than a Leafs styled team.

Canucks don't really have another buyout player that they would do but if D!ick goes to Arb, I believe that opens up the second buyout window.

Time for who has the best looking roster on paper.

I would say Van is around 3rd or 4th best in each line. Other teams have better lines but not overall forward line ups.

Not sure on defence though. I thought the defence would have been better than it was last year so now I'm more sceptical.

The 19 players I named, haven't won cups but are being paid over 9M AAV this coming year.

Nighthawk said that Kane got 10M because he won cups. If you took Kane's cap percentage from when he was winning cups and applied it to the cap now. Kane would be making a little over 9M a season right now.
