This guy can fit on any team as a Utility guy

Had it not been for the bonehead decision by the Department of Player safety to suspend him, Andrew would be vying for the longest consecutive games streak...He's a good addition to the bottom six. Bonio, Cogliano and Leonard might be a decent 3rd line this season.

Cogliano doesn’t score enough to be effective on the 3rd line. But he is an excellent fit on the 4th line. Bonino, Leonard and one of Labanc, Barabanov and Balcers could be a decent 3rd line.

Assume that Kane is gone, I'd move Burns back to forward where his muscle memory is and his play is better. Lines would be Couture/Burns/Balcers; Hertl/Meier/Barabanov; Bonino/Leonard/Lebanc on the 3rd line and Cogliano and pick em for the other two spots as they are all underwhelming.

I hope Kane isn't gone - he's the only guy who showed up all season long. I don't doubt the gambling problem - but his estranged wife seems a bit off the rocker.

If Kane doesn't return - I'd be good w/Burns back on the wing, but who replaces him on the blue line? Sure sounds like Merkley is not close to being ready (bordering on 'bust' now actually).

I don't think it's just about his gambling problem. I'm sure you've heard stories this summer that several Sharks players informed the management that they don't want him on the team. So should Kane return, there will likely be additional chemistry problems in the locker room, so there's that too.

Stranger things have happened, of course, and there's still time before the season begins, but as things stand now, the Sharks and the Kraken are set to battle for the second to last place in the Pacific.

With more stories coming out that players were going to Doug Wilson last year about Evander Kane with his reply being "all locker rooms have problems"..

This guy has no pulse on the team and has to go. He has run this team into the ground.
