cryptic - kicksave856
So in a 9 day cycle, 4 periods each, the most we can take is 24 blocks (out of 36). When enrollment increases they need more teachers to fill that demand (like me).
A teacher expects to teach every group in 2 grades in their subject. Of course, it would exceed their courseload and I was given the overflow. This teacher got all huffy and wants it fixed. |

I usually slow down drinking these when I went back to school. I bought my current stash before I was hired. (Bought Wednesday morning, hired Wednesday afternoon and started yesterday)

yup, I'm kind of on the fence for the passport thing, but at the same time those claiming that it is "discriminatory" usually don't have any valid reason to not take the vaccine... |

It's discriminating based on the textbook definition, but not legal discrimination which is all that matters.

exactly, the same way some claim it restricts our liberties, while there are hundreds of laws that already existed that precisely do that.

I think the biggest issue is it falls along the same idea as "If you have nothing to hide, why are you complaining that we're searching you randomly?"
It's the type of justification that is so easily exploitable. |

People think entering private establishments who offer nonessential services is a guaranteed freedom.
And that is unfortunate. |

well if you consider that providing the info on the QR code is "searching" and that it violates your privacy then yeah of course it's going to be an issue for you |

Have you seen the poop happening in Australia? That's what I would prefer to avoid. Again, we as Canadians are in general pretty good "rule followers" as it were and especially here in Ottawa things have been weirdly quiet and fine so I live in a bit of a bubble. I don't really care either way, but I understand why people would not like that argument about the invasive nature of the questioning.
I'd be fine if it's just some poop added to our Health Card personally. |

yup, but there's usually a lot more sensitive info on the health card than on the QR code, so I guess that depends which route we want to take... what's going on exactly in Australia, abuses of authority? sadly those were to be expected in some parts of the world I guess

Australia has gone bat poop crazy...
A rural local government in the state of New South Wales in Australia has put down 15 impounded dogs in a seemingly extreme attempt to keep workers safe from the coronavirus.

Australia basically turned into some kind of police state throughout the pandemic. Not a hyperbolic one either like people complain about here and in the States etc, but a full on the police come to your house if you facebook post anti-vax stuff or bring helicopters to stop 2 people on vacation in the middle of nowhere and fine them 20k. |

that doesn't even make sense, the title says it's over "coronavirus fears", but then the article states that it's because "the person who regularly found new homes for the animals became unavailable" lol
