Just putting together a 70’s playlist. Any off the beaten track tracks that any of you love?
Going for all genres, from disco to heavy metal (Boston).
Thanks - 1970vintage
If you want something obscure Black Mans Burdon (Eric Burdon and War ) had some different songs like Can't Take Away Our Music . Starts slow but gets into his bluesy voice as it goes on . A few good songs depending on your taste.

A year earlier 1969 Blind Faith is a good album - VANTEL
There’s some crazy covers(?) on this album! Paint it Black, Knights in white satin

Haven't listened in years to it but I was an Animal fan so when he started War I followed along. There was one song on there I think called PC3 where he caught the queen with her knickers down . Weird song.
Like I said it is off the beaten path and all depends on personal taste.
Was listening to Burkie earlier , he said the league has advised teams the flat cap is going to be here for a few more years. No sign of it going away soon.
He said they have ways of raising the cap if they wanted to but are choosing to keep it relatively flat.

Smart. It’s going to be several years until revenues rebound and begin to grow again. Maybe instead of trying to keep pushing the cap up, they should simply build in a mechanism like escrow but the opposite - give the players $ at the end of the year when revenues exceed the forecast.

I can’t see the owners ever going for that. Not that they shouldn’t.
