My top guess without research is Zetterberg. He won 3 cups, 7th rd pick, and championships with his swedish clubs. The other weird record that he may hold is his one block radius which I believe included forseberg, the sedins, and Sundin. Again, I am not backing this up with a google search to keep this contest pure.

Ondrej Palat 7th rd, with 3 cups, just don't know if his plethora of pre-draft competitions resulted in some golds....
