A prospect who has the potential to be as good as Eichel.
Some “ifs” but I’d say pretty good return for a hurt player, having experimental surgery, who refuses to play here

Take out Eichel's $10 million

$55,647,475, add in Tuchs $4,750,000

You're at $60,397,475 with 23 players on the roster.

Krebs is at $863,333 so you can send Murray or someone else down to stay at the 23 roster limit. That's a wash.

The real problem is when Mitts comes back and you have to send someone down to get at the 23 roster players.

Conditions are:

I’d have to agree, and since when is Levin Weeks an insider expert. This is probably what Buffalo asked from Calgary and leaked it to leverage Vegas or whom ever else may have put up a legitimate offer

I would imagine another trade is going to happen in the next week or two. Maybe a C-Bus goaltender we have been talking about...

build the picks up so you can be like the sens, blue jackets and yotes in recent drafts

Ya not a great return from what was/is a franchise player IMO. I remember buffalo fans thinking Eichel was on par with Matthews, heck some buff fans wanted Marner for Eichel. I honestly thought the sabres would get more, this doesnt seem like a lot.
But if you guys are happy, I guess thats all that matters.
