How do you figure? He got 4 pieces, one of them being the other team's top prospect who is a 1C? I would have loved to have gotten Brisson in the deal but I am ok with it.

I have a feeling the picks (Buffalo 3rd and Vegas 3rd) will be conditional.
So for the mean time
Eichel for Tuch Krebs and a 1st is okay. Not the original thought of 4 pieces, however Krebs is the guy they wanted all along. Tuch is good and signed for 4 more years, and the Sabres now have 3 1st round picks for this upcoming draft.
It's not an amazing return but it's not a bad one. |
