Now that their careers are over, who was the better Buffalo Sabre: Derek Roy or Jack eichel?

I submit the last Saber team to make the playoffs was led by Derek Roy and it featured less talent than a Jack Eichel team which finished in the bottom of the league.

tuch is a big (6'4" 220lb) forward with speed...he averaged just about 20 goals and just over 44 points per season while playing the eighth most ev minutes amongst vegas forwards playing over 100 games the last three seasons

Vegas is going to be screwed even worse cap wise next year. They have a 3 year window to win the cup then things will get really ugly with these contracts they have.

1. The Oilers have the unquestioned best player in the world and they sucked before this year. Is it his fault?

2. TMGM screwed that team by overlooking D and goal. Last I checked the playoff team had an all-world goalie and pretty good D. Better yet, it didn't have Risto as the main D.

Lol no he isn't. More grit and speed, I guess effort, but not the scorer or point producer. It's ok to like him more than Reinhart already (we know you do) but he is averaging more than .1 less points per game.

PS I like Tuch as a player very very much.

Buffalo has 3 1st round picks next year.
