I am going to miss the great group they have there. Now I want to say how excited I am to be a part of the Buffalo Sabres organization. Being from Upstate NY, it’s been a dream of mine to put on the Sabres jersey. Thank you Buffalo and I can’t wait to get started!

I really don't. Eichel wasn't a goalie when the Sabres have had the worst goaltending they've ever had. He didn't trade away a Selke center for dogsh¡t, he didn't draft incredibly poorly either. He did what he was supposed to do, go out and score goals.

If he was a goalie getting Carey Price money and he sucked like the goaltending has, then yeah, absolutely you'd have a point, but he's been better than the next three guys combined.

That's all true but I'm of the stance that if a guy with a contract wants to be traded, too bad. You're here until the contract is over. That's just me. Sick of teams caving in to these whiny b!tches.

There should be some sort of rule that if you have a contract, that you gladly signed, that you CAN'T demand a trade. I know...crazy talk. But that would be cool.
