It's a fine return to me. I highly doubt Jack eichel comes back at 100% And I never thought his 100% was that great anyway. No doubt his nose will be powdered soon living in Vegas and he will flame out.

He is struggling, but for him it's probably best to be away from that mess at the moment. Let him get some confidence and see if he can catch Quinn!

I don't think the question of him returning to 100% is the issue. I think he will be. I think the question will be what happens to him 5 years from now.

Sabres are at 23 players (without Krebs). Murray can be sent down and Wolanen can be waived. Mittelstadt is back, I think, when the Sabres play Detroit. Which forward gets moved?

There is no way that he does anything other than say nice things. I think he is better than that, but even if he wasn't his new agent wouldn't let him. I am sure he said all that he needed to say to the Pegulas behind closed doors.
