I didn't backread and must have misunderstood your interpretation of the word "results". At face value, you're incorrect. The results are fine. - BenderRodriguez
So you misunderstood and had no clue what the conversation was about but I'm incorrect. |

TK is buzzing and, dare I say, Risto was noticeable in a good way - Dkos
Omg you’re not allowed to say that even if it’s true. |

Just finished making my bride diner of filet mignon, sautéed cremini mushrooms and onions with steamed broccoli. Great dinner. What's going on with this game? I see the Flyers winning 1-0 but does the play reflect the score? |

What? No lobster on the side?
Jones has been very solid. Flyers have been good defensively. Good effort by Atkinson to lead to the goal. Pk strong. |

No lobster tonight. Have you seen the price of beef tenderloin these days? DAMN! $30 a pound.
Great to see. Coots just scored. |

Agreed. It’s one of my faves and it’s insanely expensive.
Yes. That’s a bit one. Keep it up.
That but risto with an assist. |

I offered to take her out to a nice dinner tonight but she says she can't get steak that is as good as the steak I make her. I mastered it a while ago and now if I eat steak out I'm always disappointed. Last time I went to Del Friscos I was way disappointed and took my meal and gave it away to homeless guys on Chestnut. |

Yeah. I always like a home cooked steak more than what I get out at a restaurant.
So how is there no penalty there. Ov basically accosted rr behind the net as the horn went. Should have been roughing.

BTW... I'm neither a Risto hater (like my friend MJL) nor a Risto defender. When he does well, I'm pleased and when he screws up, I'm SMH. All told, I think he's been an upgrade, but a slight one and perhaps not worth the price paid for him. Time will tell. |

Best period of the year for Ristolainen. Played like a good player that period. The Flyers were relentless on the puck that period. This is how they need to play. |

Steaks are so easy to BBQ….all about the timing. As well a tip from a buddy that owns a high end restaurant…and went to culinary school….only ever flip it once. You sear in the juices.
Medium rare…..7 minutes each side
Medium…..8 per
Medium/well….9 per….
For a really thick cut add 1/2 minute each side….for thin (supermarket cut) take off 1/2 minute.
Any ways …back to hockey… |

I don’t mind that on occasion either but tenderloin is very good. I don’t feel as full tbh. |

Actually, for filet mignon, I pan sear them in butter, rough chopped garlic, and fresh thyme sprigs while basting them until there's a good crust on each side. Then, in the oven at 400 for 6 or 7 minutes in the pan I seard them in. Take them out and let them rest for 7 or 8 minutes. Perfectly medium rare from top to bottom.
Large steaks like ribeye or porterhouse go on the grill. |
