Bill, will they even be able to call someone up if that player misses the game or do they have to go with 11 forwards?

Ellis is on LTIR. They can call up anyone they want.

The Flyers have over 5M of temp cap space to use right now.

The Phantoms' undoing on this night: special teams. The Lehigh Valley power play, which sits at a dreadful 9.5 percent conversion rate (6-for-63), went 0-for-5 on Wednesday. Even worse, the team yielded two shorthanded goals in the second period to trail 2-0 in the game. "Atrocious" is too mild of a descriptor, to be honest.

I find it very interesting and hard to ignore the similarities between the Phantoms struggles and the Flyers recent struggles. I know AV took the fall for the recent PP woes the Flyers have had, but IMO it comes back to the players. Maybe the coach is responsible for putting the best players on the ice, but its up to the players to practice together, create plays and execute them during the game. It seems to be a problem throughout the system, and that is concerning.

If you think that the issues are connected somehow between the Flyers and the Phantoms, that would suggest an organizational coaching issue. I personally don't think there is any connection.

lappy said will be running the same "system' as the flyers. Results look similar.

Perhaps Bundy going off on ownership and NBCSP garners more weight than a bug up AntSanPhilly's arse?

Why does it cost an arm and a leg to go to a game now? I can no longer take my kids to a game.

Man, he's really worked up. Think he's holding a bit of grudge for not being a part of the tv crew this year? Honestly, if no-one said anything about the awards ceremony it wouldn't have resgistered to me as being any different from any awards ceremony Ive ever seen before a Flyer's game.

Gotta pay for those renovations. Prices naturally went up when we started winning more in 19-20. Before that year, id get tickets upper level for under $30 for 2 tickets on seat geek or stubhub
