Evander Kane - VANTEL
Just put Bieska on the bench behind him. Everything will be alright then. |

You think Bo and Miller are going to resign?
Keep Demko, Podz
And take offers on all the rest. |

Why do you have to build around someone, how about you build with pieces of the puzzle |

I think Bo will if the right moves are made at the management and coach level. |

A Miller Kane line with a fast tough guy would be nice. I keep turning back to a Josh Anderson trade . He plays a very aggressive fast game.
Debrusk is interesting even though he is not really fast. |

Im 60 / 40 he leaves if not traded beforehand. Does he need this poop? He can go to anyteam he wants and not deal with FAs circus. |

Why do you have to build around someone, how about you build with pieces of the puzzle - Reubenkincade
Because dominance at certain positions on a team is more conducive to success. QB, pitcher, BB center, and goalie. So once you have that dominant player (which is not easy to obtain) you focus your efforts to build around that core piece knowing that your window or time for success is limited. |

I got a feeling Miller would hate Kane’s me-first attitude. Kane has talent but he is not a team player. |

There’s some good young players you build around, Demko, Hughes & Pettersson being the primary three. They are so young, the latter two, that there’s some personal maturing that needs to take place and development of their games but they’re fantastic players.
Now, if Gillis was running the show he certainly IMO would’ve built a better core…but that’s on Aqua. He didn’t want to go there but ended up there anyway. |

IMO, Hughes doesn’t dominate yet. Demko is the closest we have to that. I said it a few days ago, if I’m building a team it starts at goaltender.
Goalie
Defence
Centre
and then the rest.
It might not get you the cup but it’s the safest way to build for success. And then you hope for some luck to get to the promised land. |

How Poor was Gillis drafting? There are articles to show the absolute worst in the league. Key to any success now is through the draft. |

Messier was one of the dumbest things Pat Quinn did, he was 36 years old when he signed in Vancouver. His best years were obviously behind him. |
