Hayes is what Hayes is...a solid 3C PK guy who is grossly overpaid. Expecting more then that from him is dreaming injury or no injury. Agree with you on Couts he has looked terrible all yr and I hope it's been due to a season long injury or that 8 yr contract is going to look ugly real fast.

It has got to be an injury. He has never been the type to check out. Not that I have seen. I hope he gets healthy because we really need him. It could be a rough couple of weeks but if it goes too far south I hope that chuck has an asset sale. As much as I want them to win I just have yet to see an overall good product on the ice. Our wins aren't because we outplay teams, it's because we have had excellent goaltending
