Fingers crossed that this continues...On the other hand, Hughes only had something like 52 points in his first 115 or so games. Jack started younger though. The one that really looks like a bust is Kakko. With any luck they'll both be third line players.

Both of them are going to be good players but probably not for the Rangers. They will probably trade them for established players because they want to be contenders now, not in five years. Kakko and Laf need time to develop but they aren't getting the minutes they need. Also, Seshterkin is the best goalie in the league and has made an otherwise mediocre Rangers team into a team that people are greatly overestimating.
