Thank you Kevin, this was a very good read.

I loved your idea of Giroux signing an off season Contract with the New York Rangers. He is exactly what they need. The Flyers trading him out West before the deadline makes the most sense for them. Rangers should pay up and pounce once he becomes an UFA.

Lots of rumors for sure.

The one thing I don’t understand is why so many rumors about Pavelski. Dallas is right there for a playoff spot and Pavs is a catalyst for that new top line.

this post isn't that awful, I usually poop on these posts too, but you don't have to comment on the ones that are at least decent

It’s pretty weak. He talks about the same two forwards Pavelski and Hertl going to multiple teams yet neither are likely to move at all. Then once again talks MAF to multiple teams that have no space. Plus has those teams adding d men. MAF has still not had any discussion with Hawks management yet about waiving according to his agent. Then there is the same old Chychrun and Chariot roomers. Yet the one team that has made an actual offer for Chychrun isn’t even listed as in on him(panthers).
Edmonton has no cap space and said they are not trading first round picks or top prospects yet they are adding a top goalie and a top dman?? It’s all pretty laughable.

who cares, websites these days need to post content in order to stay relevant in search engine results among other things. not to mention you commenting is also helping their site. I doubt the creators look in the comment section because it is so toxic these days and they are too old to really care. if you don't want to help the site its best to either 1) not use it 2) use ad-blocker 3) not comment, it's simple as that

the BLUES should go after Chara and Clutterbuck fit nicely in BLUES system and more cost effective.

Can't wait for Hertl to sign an extension and Dallas to keep Pavelski for a run at the playoffs. Then comes the panic to find new names to link to everyone. Can't these guys think up some more plausible rumours? Same with Chiarot. Yes it's obvious. But maybe mention someone like Calvin de Haan once in awhile. Colin Miller? Lots of other dmen that will be moving.

I always found it puzzling the lack at in-division trades. Yes the Flyers could be picky on where Giroux goes, but they'd also being taking picks + prospects from their division rivals as well.

Because it’s simplistic. I could show how 32 teams “could” get better through trades. If I didn’t have to make any rational arguement of how they are going to go about acquiring said additions.

It would be nice if some of these articles proposed ways to make these types of deals work, rather than just regurgitation of the same big name player to multiple teams who can't currently fit them in. A thought out article with that type of detail would create much better talking points than this cut and paste style.

Once Hertl and Pavelski aren't options then sources will magically report that 6 different teams have had talks about Rakell. Book it.

As for Lindholm, I think he signs an extension. Manson could move though. Where was he born - that's an E4.

Well he was technically born in Illinois but moved directly to edmonton for the first few years of his life. And his dad coaches there now. So he’s going to the oilers. E4+

I don't know where your sources are at, Doug Armstrong has been working behind the scenes with Montreal in a package deal for Ben Chiaroit for the last 10 days yet the Blues are not even one of the teams you have on your rumor chart.

His Montreal sources know best...

-Gallagher to the Pens. Now Columbus.
-RNH for Price. E4+
-Drouin and Jake Allen to the Avs.
-no mention of Toffoli to the Flames
-so if the Blues aren't linked to Chiarot here then it's not happening
