Why did Larsen even bother fielding a 4th line last night ?? Gaunce, Sillinger & Chinakhov all will less than 7 min. TOI. That's almost embarrassing for a coach to do. I understand it's very possible Sillinger & Chinakhov may have hit "the wall" - Sillinger @ 54 games; Chinakhov @ 46. Then let them sit, and bring up Foudy(if he's not injured) & TFW from Cleveland - if nothing else, to showcase them. Bemstrom was a healthy scratch. And for heaven's sake - give them more than 7 min TOI !!!
Send Carlsson back down (or trade him), and bring Christiansen up from Cleveland.
I have a difficult time grasping the idea of player development of 2 proposed studs being 7 min TOI.
