I hope that resonates with him, I really do. My only concern, probably similar to most, is if he does decide to use that 1st is making the wrong kind of move and getting someone very average because that's all the Pens 1st could get.

I'd personally rather the Pens bring in a big fish or do nothing at all. I've advocated for someone like Crouse, but I wouldn't want the Pens do spend a 1st on someone like that.

He comes out on top more often than not though. He is a smart player, but he is limited physically so there are times he gets bullied out of the way.
