Should have gone with the Gunnar Stahl special. "Deke" slowly 3 times, come to a complete stop, and fire a slap shot from outside the left faceoff dot.

Last year he wasn't doing that, he would make a little shimmy move and slide it 5 hole or he would rip it top glove side. So now he's not even doing that so he's damn useless lol

@Thunderbolt from the last blog: Stephen Johns retired? Notre Dame great. Put him in the rafters in Dallas.

You got me. LOL!

Not easy being from a small town and only having two professional athletes. Yet still be ranked third in all time greats.

Fun fact. Dominic Simon has scored two 5v5 goals since Jan 20. Between Kapanen, ERod, and ZAR only one has scored 5v5, who was it?

If that little tidbit doesn't make you think our wings are bad, it will certainly make you go hmmm.

Probably ZAR. Didn't he get a greasy goal around the crease a few weeks ago?

Hmmm, my guess is Rod. And yea we need an upgrade for our top 6. And (frank)ing hope Zucker comes back and scores some goals as well.

I loved Russo a whole lot more than Johns. Is he still bopping around in the AHL or is he out already?

Read one from Dan Kingerski yesterday. Not sure how well and accurate he is but here you go if you want to take a glance!

It was from some MTL writer from the fourth period. While Pagnotta is legit, I don't know which, if any, of writers/bloggers on that site are true insiders. Kingerski is the Pens writer on there if that sets any kind of bar, but I don't now if he's one of a few bad ones.

It just doesn't make any sense when you consider the surplus of LHDs this team has. Even if Hextall moved one the Pens still wouldn't need to replace him. I just can't see him moving any significant pieces for someone like Chiarot.

For what it’s worth Yohe said in his mailbag that people in the FO believe Letang leaving for Montreal this offseason is a real possibility and if he had to bet money he thinks we keep Malkin and Rust and lose Letang

If that actually happens we would need to be big players for Klingberg or pry Petry out of Montreal now haha.

If MTL had a competitive team I could see him wanting to return, but it just seems like a weird decision for him to make unless winning isn't a big deal to him anymore. He may just want to play hockey and collect check while doing it at home.

If it was someone from TFP, they would have Pittsburgh under the teams interested on their trade watch. It wasn't Pagnotta. It was from Montreal Hockey Now, which is the same site as Kingerski.

No, I know it wasn't Pagnotta. I was saying that despite Kingerski, I don't how legit, if at all, any of the other contributors are. I have no idea if that MON guy is a legit insider or no better than Kingerski. I thought it was from TFP's montreal writer.
