Yeah right Matrix 4 was excellent. It was better than both of the sequels combined, and I enjoyed the sequels for what they were.

It was a sequel, reboot, parody and satire of the original movie and it's sequels, all in one. It was so meta that is was post-meta.

And the original movie was a B-movie. Idk when B-movie became synonymous with "suck" but it's just not what that means.

B-movies: Evil Dead 2, Army of Darkness, Universal Soldier, Rocky 4, Terminator, Last Action Hero, Kickboxer, Blade, The Matrix, Starship Troopers, The Running Man, Mandy, Con Air, The Boondock Saints...

Do any of those movies suck? No.

Last Action Hero was made like a B movie, but had the biggest movie star in it. Con Air is far from a B movie, it had a star studded cast and cost a poopload(at the time) to make; on par with The Rock, Air Force One, and Face Off.

If anything Rocky 1 was the B movie, a nobody who wrote himself into a movie that became a smash hit.

The Matrix is an interesting one, had a decent budget, Keanu Reeves was arguably the most famous guy in it, but hadn't really done much in the few years leading up to it, same with Fishburne.
