This is not a player that wants to leave. They won’t trade him because they aren’t rebuilding. Please make some tear pies for the picnic - CanuckDon
If they can sign him to a team friendly deal, great, if not….he gone!! |

It’s gonna be interesting seeing what direction the organization goes. Rebuild or deal Miller. Or, if Miller’s team will accept a team friendly deal. They’ve got a year to figure it out though. He’s signed to a smokin good deal for another year. - LeftCoaster
Name one prominent player from any professional sports team, in the history of sports teams who has said:
“Our team is going to be in a terrible spot over the next few years. And I really do believe that we have no chance to do something special as a group here.”
Until we see what his next deal looks like, and how the team digs themselves out of the salary cap quagmire they’re in this is just lip service. |

Your turn.
I think you'll appreciate this scoreboard message that was posted at the Sharks game. Read the first letter of each word....priceless.

Lots of players the world over want out of their situations, but nobody ever says this team stinks, the players are terrible and will never win anything, even Kesler.
Except maybe John Tortarella that is… |

Loungo got to put a nice deep screwing behind his words as well by not going on LTIR. |

He's saying all the right things to bump up his trade value. That article alone should get them an additional 1st round pick in the trade. |

If he stays and the #'s work great, if not that's okay as well, sell high.

I agree. It's one of the few deals on the books where the team can benefit either way. That is, as long as they don't go too crazy AAV and or term should they choose to re-sign. |

That’s my preference, depending on the return of course, but I have no say in the matter. |

That's hilarious
Just read the Miller article Don posted. If you read the first letter of each word that he says, he actually spells out "I WANT TO BE TRADED TO A CONTENDER" |

It'll be interesting to see how Allvin and co. see the team. Do they think they're close/a year out? Do they think more fundamental changes need to be made?
Part of the JTM (potential) trade is on what JTM wants, and part of it is on what Allvin and management see and want. |

Well the one good thing about Flames being in the playoffs is all the skanks that’ll be down on 17th Ave flaunting their stuff. |

Now that he/she's outed themselves, I don't see any reason why we shouldn't. |
