Makar is the best player on the Avs, sorry MacK, you are awesome but Makar is just insane at this point. With that though, let's pump the brakes on best ever, let's check again at the 5/10/15 year marks and go from there. He is the best in the NHL currently, but still very early in his career

Makar is probably the best dman right now. Best ever? Based on how dominant Bobby Orr was relative to everyone else, I'm skeptical that anyone will ever top him.
