Reading on my favourite news source…Twitter …that a large amount of the Florida Panthers were out at a Tampa strip club until 3 am this morning after losing yesturday….if they didn’t have game 4 tonight down 3-0 this probably wouldn’t be a story. Boy, Claude, you picked a winner.

even in the first round he was not playing well, stays on the perimeter, I like him as a player, even suggested a few years back the Flyers try him, hope he learns about the playoffs

Atkinson mentioned him in the year end presser. Pretty obvious they are going retread route. Available retreads right now, Torts is second for me behind Trotz.

Certainly possible. Bill just mentioned Cassidy as a possibility. I don't have a problem with the pace of the search. Only 1 vacancy has been filled. This board will go nuts no matter who gets hired.

I would just be happy with a coach that holds the players accountable.


Monty is my first choice, Trotz would be good , but why would he want to come to philly other than the Flyers massively overpaying for his services.

Dallas can have Tocchet, i dont think he is the coach we need.

Also i would make the move to Briere for GM, and get fletcher out of any decision making roles for the FLyers. He's proven he can't make good trades, and he is not the person we want making deals.

Those guys are young. I used to stay up til 2 or 3 chasing girls and just being a dumb your man and I played my best hockey during those days.
