I thought you always said you’d never comment on a player that was still active in the playoffs?? Also as no one can talk to Kadri right now there could only be internal talk on a team that may be interested in talking to him and I bet 20 teams are in that category.
Jack Campbell was not a top goalie in the league this year. If he was the leafs would have extended him already. Anyone that pays him 5 mill long term will be disappointed.

At the time, I was pretty surprised to hear that. The day before, Friedman had reported that Leafs and Campbell hadn't discussed a contract extension for months. No talks. The Leafs appear to be moving on.

But I've been waiting during these last 2 weeks figuring your source maybe knew that they were secretly talking and ready to announce something. I guess not. Now the new rumour is that talks are non-existent and the Leafs appear to be moving on. Was that from the same source or is this another Leafs source? Definitely intriguing. Campbell is a top goalie and top domino.

Also intriguing because it was a high level business source that didn't play games with rumours or have any ulterior motives. But the 2 weeks is up and now the Buzz says there are no discussions.
