It's still early in the season. I'll wait to fish the rains. Even if I don't get out the weekend was a success. I took apart and cleaned, lubed and respooled my reel. Got a bunch of tackle shopping out of the way.

You know what we call that in my field? Over engineering. It was a pretty simplistic explanation from Vintage and you had to go and over complicate it and overthink it

Some friends were heading up over the Malahat Drive today for the second round of the Cowichan Open golf tournament and took a quick video, absolutely pouring down rain, they’ve had a terrible spring with the rainy cool weather. But it is so damn beautiful there on the island.

Beautiful here today, hotdog grillin weather. ☀️🌵🌭

Can you imagine if the Canucks would’ve taken Nolan Patrick instead of that tragic/garbage franchise that is the Philadelphia Flyers (right now). Wow what a mess we’d be in. Thank God the Canucks are now in the capable hands of a proper management group. The ship has been righted and we will succeed 🙏🏻

I will always and forever love the Flyers franchise but it is what it is…for now.
