After the proposed trade for Drury, the Canucks should then target Nick Robertson from the Leafs, Kailer Yamamoto from the Oilers, Jordan Spence, young RHD, from the Kings and the biggest target Clayton Keller from the Coyotes.
Rebuild complete. - Reubenkincade
Sign Johnny Hockey as a UFA? 7 x $9.975m? |

Not in the 26 and under age bracket, but at least you caught where I was going with that.π
I will probably have to explain it to the 2 Bozo's. |

New age power forward as Faber calls him.
Ohgren reminds me of Andre Burakowsky. - manvanfan
I liked some of what I seen from him, not sure he is someone I would target at 15 though. |

Patiently waiting for the signing of top prospects Jasek and Costmar, to go along with the other players mentioned in previous comment.
Canucks will be contenders for a decade.π |

I was looking to see where a player of Burakowsky's calibre would go in a re-draft of his class.
https://www.nhl.com/stats...erGame&page=0&pageSize=50
He ends up currently 15th in PPG.
I would add some top 4 D ahead of him but also a forward like Drouin and Domi probably would go behind.
Crazy to see that when you go through the years of the drafts that the .57 PPG mark is pretty common thing around the 15th highest PPG in most drafts.

Cause you need to be over 6' to be good right?
You can't be 5'10" and one of the best playoff performers for a decade from 2010-202 like Kane.
Or 5'11" and the best playoff performers the last 5 years like Kucherov. Or 5'11" and thought of as the best defenseman in the league like Makar.
Get your head out of your ass when it comes to size. |

Is that .57 PPG just forwards or are defensemen also lumped in |

Ya, doesn't surprise me that you don't get my point about having a roster full of small players. |

So, realistically a forward should produce at a higher rate than that, at 15 |

If Canucks could get a mid to late 2nd
https://thehockeywriters....l-draft-prospect-profile/
This guy has a lot of tools that are missing from the Canucks.
βA tireless worker who plays the game with a lot of jump, Kingston Frontenacs rookie Paul Ludwinski isnβt the biggest guy on the team at 5-foot-11, 172 lbs., but he battles like a player much bigger.β |

Being Russian I can see him dropping past 15. Still a nice prospect.

Pierre LeBrun of The Athletic tweets that Mikheyev and agent Dan Milstein will be looking for a multi-year contract with a cap hit somewhere between $4.75MM and $5.5MM, a hefty price and one that the Maple Leafs likely cannot pay.
