Looking at Capfriendly...
The Canucks don't have enough cheap entry level / value deals on their roster.
At least 3 of the 4 of
Pearson
Richardinson
OEL
Myers
need to go. |

In the last blog, you asked a question, and I did the research, I thought you would at least be honorable enough to return the favour.š |

Why, the team is in good hands now and have been playing almost 700 hockey under Boudreau.
Don't need changes, unless you want to be in mediocrity for another decade. |

Nothing really wrong with Garland. Hogs to Edmonton with Dipetro for Pullmyharvey. |

Garland will bring a better return than Pearson & Richardenson. Nil's B*tch is worth nothing.

If you are going full blow it up, all are gone. As far as value Garland has the most by far to keep and to trade. Not to be a full Hater or total Gulper, keep Garland and ditch the rest. Oilers looking for a 3rd or so for Puj. Give them Dipetro and Hogs. |

The team admittedly needs an upgrade, DiPietro & Hog won't get you there.
Neither will Pool Party. |

Poolparty is 24 and has talent. If you can get him for a 3rd, you do it. Value deal and possible Nichuskin of the year candidate |

I know it is frustrating supporting this team, but we all need to give them a chance, at least 3 years, to see the direction they take. - Reubenkincade
Trust meā¦.this team of people as a management group has a lot of leeway with me, and it should from every fan. Building a championship caliber team takes ten to fifteen years. The shortest example I can think of is Chicago. Our unintentional rebuild in my mind started with drafting Elias Pettersson which was five years ago in 2017.
I expect another five years of building before you see a team that might have a chance at a Cup. |

What kind of return is the team looking for in a Garland trade?

Holy (frank)... the amount of arguing you did when I said it takes at least 8 years. You kept pointing at teams who you thought were close in half that time... ironically those teams have already flopped and started resets. |

I think the reason that most rebuilds take that long is because owners and managers and coaches and players and fans arenāt willing to admit that it needs to be done. Thereās too much āwe owe it to the Sedinsā mentality. |

I remember a few years ago, when you and your buddy Nucker laughed at me when I said a real rebuild takes at least 8years for the direction of the team to be established and then you start tweaking, but hey, you know a lot about hockey, Nucker, not so much. |
