But he hasn’t done it in six months, and he’s the one who went all in and lost his #1 goalie and top line goal scorer for nothing.

Agree though, he’s done a decent job of retooling. Not afraid to break some eggs.

The right mix of prospects has seemingly fallen into his lap the last couple years. The needs and BPA have just aligned.

Rutherford on Miller situation : It is not frustrating, we may never get it done or maybe he re-signs. There is a good chance he may be at camp.

Rutherford starting day 2 off with a flood of tears for some Canucks fans

I’m kind of sensing that most of the Canucks current team has no value on the trade market. I think With seeing how low valued everyone is, we should build through the draft over the next decade or so.

Well we do need more players that can be bullied while Bo skates past them to the bench.

TRADE: The Capitals have traded goaltender Vitek Vanecek and the 46th pick to the New Jersey Devils in exchange for the 37th pick and the 70th pick in this year's draft.

Agreed. Let the contracts expire or LTIR. Keep your picks.

JR & PA are sending a message to JTM's camp that he's still completely under team control, as they should.

Exactly, this team is probably the best it’s going to be for 3-4 years. But it is what it is. Our hands are tied until OEL, Myers, Miller and Horvat walk as free agents. Then we might have the cap flexibility to begin a new direction.

They've got a huge management team to figure out cap flexibility. I think the players camps have too much influence/power these days. They need to find a balance or this cycle will keep on happening. Horvat will get signed, Myers might get traded. OEL we're stuck with.

Deangelo for a 2nd 3rd 4th to the flyers....seems reasonable...so bad we didn't have a 2nd

WTF is your problem with hiring women, and don't say because some here bring it up, you are the only one that continually mocks the hiring of women, guess women aren't viewed as equal in your mind.

I guess you were against the diverse hiring of a black man in San Jose also, very diverse hire.

un(frank)ing believable stance on your part.

I applaud JR fresh approach with his AGM hires. Especially when one of them is a smoke show!
