Benn and Seguin are dragging them to the bottom, too bad cause they got some nice young pieces. - neem55

Come on Nucker, You ain't taken Nemec with the 2 OA.
Trade that and drop back a couple of spots. - carsonagenic
The more I read about him, the more I like. But I'd also look into trading down for Cooley/Korchinski |

And yet, no one wants to play that group come playoff time so they are doing something right. |

Sucks for them because the Robertson-Hintz-Pavelskiline is great. Heiskanen is a stud #1 dman and Oettinger looks like he could be a long term #1 goalie.
I wonder if that Wyatt Johnston kid they drafted passes Seguin on the depth chart by the end of next year if Seguin doesn't rebound.

I like most of those, never seen Oreo. For a ref to single posters out… not very ref like bud! I hope they get conditional picks too, playoff performance and/or resigning with the team. - neem55
Sorry Neem, I just look at myself as one of the guys, not much into the ref gig anymore. So I like to poke like the rest, just bustin balls as Lefty likes to say.

Seguin spent most of the year on the 3rd line and no PP time. Sliding back and being passed for sure. |

Fair enough, it wasn’t much of a jab I was just surprised. Freakin zebras need to learn how to throw a punch! |

I'd say the odds are close to zero that he re-signs there. He complained about his usage there and the wasn't happy with his defense either. - Nucker101
He definitely struggles defensively. I don't blame them for not wanting to re-sign him. |

Yeah, that's a guy I'd stay away from. I could see an offensively starved team like Seattle signing him, Francis loves collecting dmen. |

I don’t study the history of language, so I don’t know the origins of the word. To me it means “boss”, but I could see how the word could have been appropriated and the meaning changed over time. I have room in my life to change where warranted. |

Good fit for sure! Ya he is a big bruising boy, that makes a ton of sense. That’s a guy I’d love the Canucks to trade up for or do a Miller trade whatever. Game changer! |

A ref who can have fun, and stay on side should be tolerated. Unfortunately, people have become intolerant. |

“I think if you look at our pool. We can address a bit of everything. There is not just one particular position that we're looking to address, with the six packs that we have as of today. I think best player available. We'll see where that takes us.”

It’s both, and it definetly gets used both ways. Bit of an older generation one, my gramps used to talk about being called chief all the time. |

In wake of Fedotov and Kaprizov news, I asked the Canucks whether they have any concerns at the moment about Vasily Podkolzin and Andrei Kuzmenko being able to return to North America from Russia.
Spokesperson tells me: "all good as far as we know." |

@irfgaffar
This is what I know -
Things are pretty quiet. There’s been back & forth talks on an extension; an offer is on the table. Canucks want to know one way or another what Miller is thinking likely before the Draft. Meanwhile the market for JT may not as high as VAN is hoping. |

Amazing that some think a ref doesn't have an opinion, or isn't allowed to throw a jab every now and then. |
