I like Dach more than the other two.

And while I understand why Detroit went with Kasper to fill a need, I don't think he was the BPA at #8.

But I respect the opinion, there is obviously some risk with trading for Dach that I'm sure the Habs considered when they traded for him.

Yzerman said to them Kasper was BPA and it just happened he was a center. If they felt a goalie or defenseman was BPA at 8th they would have drafted them. He said he will only draft for need in the later rounds depending on how the draft has went.

Nazar to me seemed like the higher potential offensive guy over Kasper but the Wings seemed to like Kasper more obviously. I'll have to trust they know better and that maybe like Seider, Kasper had been played in a more defensive role so the offensive numbers weren't as good as they could have been.

So there's a development camp, a U20 development camp, a rookie's camp and a real camp now?

You mean ninja star? I'm not sure if they are legal here or not but we use to make our own when i was a kid although they were mostly out of aluminum and sometimes the points would bend when hitting something too hard.

it's very different from the good ol' days where players just drank beer and smoked cigarettes during the summer.
