He probably did the interview from his office's Murphy bed.

A Murphy bed in the office is so 2019. Now you can just be in your actual bed at home and an office background on your zoom.

I don't know if anyone has ever told you this before but you'd be a perfect NHL Coach.

New Flyers head coach John Tortorella is worried about his team's locker-room culture.

Speaking on SiriusXNHL on Thursday, the Philadelphia coach was asked about how he felt about the loss of veteran Claude Giroux, the need to name a new captain, and the evolution of the Flyers' locker room in light of Giroux's departure.

"I am in no rush to name a captain," Tortorella said. "As far as the room ... I have major concerns about the room. I've spent some time in the office, talking to players, talking to personnel, talking to (GM) Chuck (Fletcher), all the front office. And I have major concerns about what goes on in there.”

The flyers will be fun to watch this season. It’s going to be a gong show. *giggles*

lol Torts talking about 'Hockey Culture' while he lived in Point Roberts and didn't run practsises
love it.

Well we knew for sure Johnny Hockey wasn't going to be a Flyer as soon as Torts signed there.

Yeah, when I read the article I was shaking my head. Torts is a goof. How he keeps getting a job is beyond me.

He is basically George Constanza doing the opposite of what his instinct tells him to do.

If you were going to sign a PTO would you rather be in Carolina or Vancouver?

I guess there’s more opportunity to actually play in Van…

Of course, especially when you're unable to make a hockey trade for D.

That being said, hard pass on bringing in PK Subban on a PTO. Not a good fit.

There was about 9 RHD in the 2nd round last draft, hindsight.

They're struggling to find them no doubt, hence the trash bin.

Wasn’t Conner Garland our 2nd round pick?

And maybe 1 of those 9 might turn into a decent nhler.

Sure, you have to draft one to find out right? Something they haven't done in decades with a high pick.

Or instead of taking a chance that one out of ten may become a bottom pairing guy you could just trade for a guy that’s proven?
