Carol Schram: The ins and outs of the second half of the Canucks' 2022-23 schedule The second half of the Vancouver Canucks' schedule shows some similarities — and some apparent differences — from previous years.

Cheers Carol, surprising to hear the Panthers will actually travel more than the Canucks.

Thanks Carol. I think the Canucks got a pretty fair schedule. Getting out on the road right off the bat is good for the team. Get a quick start and you never know. Having a relaxed 2nd half scheduling wise will be better for the team heading into the playoffs.

I guess schedule could be worse. Too bad LA has better one in competing for playoff spot.

New Flyers head coach John Tortorella is worried about his team's locker-room culture.

Speaking on SiriusXNHL on Thursday, the Philadelphia coach was asked about how he felt about the loss of veteran Claude Giroux, the need to name a new captain, and the evolution of the Flyers' locker room in light of Giroux's departure.

"I am in no rush to name a captain," Tortorella said. "As far as the room ... I have major concerns about the room. I've spent some time in the office, talking to players, talking to personnel, talking to (GM) Chuck (Fletcher), all the front office. And I have major concerns about what goes on in there.”

The flyers will be fun to watch this season. It’s going to be a gong show. *giggles*
