Just because the guy is a douche to women doesn't automatically make him a rapist. Nobody else came forward except for the one who went to the press before making the accusation to the police. Clearly her credibility was in question for the judge to find him not guilty. After he was charged the police even asked for others to come forwards and none did. I think he's scum and a douchebag but he's not a rapist.

Your beliefs don’t really play into how anyone else makes decisions. A jury’s decision does.

I think the fact that she kept texting him and interacted with him despite being raped and that she went to the press before making a complaint to the police had more to do with it and her questionable credibility than the lack of a smoking gun.

First off, he wasn't charged and tried for Rape. You keep going on about rape. Hurts your credibility right from the start. It shows you are willing to spread something false. Clearly there is a bias.

Second... he was found not guilty because the accuser couldn't keep her story straight. This we know for fact. Also, a video clip shows him with his head on her lap, puking in a bowl while she stroked her hair. At that point she is very much in control of the situation and he's not. I haven't seen anything to show otherwise. If the alleged incident happened before when he was less feeble, why would she be stroking his hair comforting him?

Third. I have Don rumor fatigue. You've been a terrible internet hockey rumor monger with a terrible track record. I wish it weren't so because I like you. But it is what it is.

Now I'm going to explain why I'm not quick to grab a pitchfork over accusations in the next post.
