I hope you're right, but your predictions generally stink.

Hopefully that's contained to Sabres predictions.

- kingcong39

Yet somehow my betting account is 2.5x what it started with last season.

I mean my prediction of utter disaster from tanking was WAAAYYYY off.

You have BlogS to write...
-Pregame blog about the strategy of the lineup and inferences made from it
-Postgame blog about what you saw, how linemates played with each other and which players should be realigned with different linemates and why.

There is none of your time available for the Bills.
Now get down on it!

You're welcome.

I don’t think Tua is great but …. Waddle and Tyreek hill might have over 150 yards each today due to such a weak secondary.

It’s not even fair.

- Sabretooth9

Well both Safeties and Johnson, Lewis and Neal have all been here for 3yrs know. See how much those rookie CB's have developed and Miami's Oline is beat up. Should be a wild game.

Let’s see if a record can be set.

Of course weather could be poopty.

113 points: Washington 72, Giants 41 (Nov. 27, 1966) - that’s the record… I think Josh has 72 in him. Lol

Girgensons is coming off his first back-to-back, double-digit goal seasons. He’s a defensive stalwart, selflessly throws his body in front of shots when trying to protect his net and remains an exceptional penalty-killer. Perhaps the only argument against him winning the fourth-line center job is that he’s been so reliable on the wing. But the Sabres’ competition at forward, particularly the potential arrivals of Jack Quinn and JJ Peterka, will force Granato to be creative to ice the best lineup possible.

Lunaion- sounds like girgs is lining up at center 🤔

Miami also has given up the most yards per play defensively and can’t generate pressure to save their lives.

McDaniel has been a revelation for their offence but the defence stinks now that Flores is gone

Probably the best position for the Team in this, his swansong season.

That writer is on crack is his description though. He's a plug, nothing more...and he certainly is not an exceptional penalty killer, lol.

Asplund Gigs Okposo would be a decent Larry line.

Granato needs to properly position his young players for maximum development this season. I love how he puts players in position to gain valuable experience, to test their mettle and to gain the best evaluation possible.

See how creative Granato gets, Asplund Kozak Okposo sounds better.

There's no team Josh Allen enjoys beating up more than Miami. As long as he's playing it doesn't matter against Tua. Von Miller's gonna be up his @ss all afternoon. Bills by about 17.

Over 52.5
Diggs anytime TD
Allen over 279 yards
Alternate spread Bills -9.5

pays +905

I completely understand that ….. but with th Bills defense already struggles vs Tyreek hill and then add waddle

The rookie corners won’t know what hit them.

Then add in safeties that have 0 starts

I can’t even name our safeties

I'm not sure if you got a chance to read the whole article.

Lots of girgensons "fluffing"

As the longest-tenured Sabre on the roster, Girgensons has played for five head coaches since making his NHL debut in 2013. Ownership has fired three general managers since Girgensons’ selection with the 14th pick in the 2012 draft. Now, at 28 years old, he is regarded as an invaluable leader in the dressing room and he, along with Kyle Okposo, are credited with changing the team’s culture.

Girgensons’ worker-beelike approach to a checking-line role was a catalyst for the Sabres upon his return from injury in March. Over the final 22 games with Girgensons in the lineup, Buffalo went 12-7-3 for a .614 points percentage that ranked 14th in the NHL during that span.

Entering his ninth season, and the final year of his contract, Girgensons will again be asked to provide versatility, energy, physicality and speed. But it’s unclear where he’ll be lining up when the season opens on Oct. 13.

Doesn’t look like it’ll be bad weather down there, as of now, radar looks pretty clear.

Sure, IF Girgs is then the 13F and not on L3.
Granato isn't going to do that to Giggels though (13F)

Oh, I agree, Miami will score points, but not nearly enough. You can take the normal spread on the game (-4.5), but that cuts the payout in half almost. Most of the fun on a parley is an outrageous payout for me. I can see a 47 -24 game easily.

If you go by just this article ( and of course I'm going off just this article)

Expect:
Double digit goals
Position for the betterment of the team
Flexibility
Penalty kill ability

Basically looking at an eric lindros- lite type season, with donnie's sweet sweet whispers slipping directly in gus's receptive ear canal.

I love the Z-train. We all know this. The above paragraph and what it implies is rubbish. Girgs being in the lineup would rank somewhere around 12th - 15th reason why the team played well down the stretch.

The threat is real, and I do expect for several breakdowns in the secondary.
That said, it wasn't Tyteek Kill alone..it was Mahones to Hill...Tua is no Mahones.
Bill's need to get sustained pressure on Hill to speed up the time he has to make decisions that then result in mistakes.
He can have 4 TD's as long as he delivers 2 or 3 Pics.

Should be a fun chess match to watch.
