Slafkovsky shouldn't dive like that, it's just shameful.

Caufield with 8 shots on goal yesterday.

A constant menace.

are you among those who still think they'll get less than 25 wins?

I think they will be around 60-65pts but I would like if they were just under 60pts.

Any team that is able to close the neutral zone and avoid turn over in that area will win against MTL.

I get the Evans should not do that, but last year, those guys did nothing to stand up for one another. How many times did a Habs player take a dirty hit and all the other Habs players were more interested in heading to the bench instead of reacting.

So not ideal, but I am glad Evans got in there.

I like the fact (most of) these guys are in it for each other.

Habs are a one trick pony so far this year, any team that protects the puck in the neutral zone beats them, every team will figure this out quickly. The pace of the game will also increase and the Habs won't keep up IMO.

We had a fun 10 games but reality is coming and I am ready for it.

The worse thing that can happen to MTL is to improve too quickly in their rebuilding process, they will miss out on potential key players that could really help them in the future.

I don't see that happening, not with all the dead wood still on board.

they have the exact same number of points after 10 games... I still think Richardson will get that group going

but it might change when they trade Kane and Toews as expected

When on our side when we dump Dadonov and Hoffman, we will actually get better

they're both on their last contract year but they still have a cap hit of 10.5M, not sure how that's gonna work...

by retaining half. and getting another team involved. hawks can also take back a sit contract. easy peasy. problem is both, if they want to move, are only going to teams contending. so the returns are gonna be meh.

meh, that's still a poop ton of money while contending teams don't have a whole lot of cap space, I wouldn't call it "easy peasy".
