I’m sure people are gonna be rough on Provorov on that play but when the Flyers defense is holding one of the hottest teams in the league to 4 shots in nearly half the game and the Flyers forwards can’t score with 13 shots, that’s a huge problem.

All I’ve heard is that NJ plays fast and they have the ability to score. I’m not seeing that so far. So either the flyers are shutting them

I actually think it's more the Flyers playing really strong shut down hockey combined with the Devils expecting that they could just mail this game in and are lackadaisical. They won't be that way in the 3rd. Hart should strap on his big boy pants for this period.

I'm a believer in players like Provorov will make mistakes, sometimes bad ones but for the most part they are too good. Nobody should really give him a hard time. ( I know you're not. Just thought I'd say I agree and add onto your point)
