He knows what the perfect lines are but doesn’t want to use them. Does he realize he is the head coach? - TPC

I think I have seen it about a million times now, where the coach has practice lines, or talks about the line combinations, and people freak the hell out
and then during the actual game what they wanted actually is what happens |

TPC, he's gotta be referring to the fact that they aren't morons and can see what we can see. Those are the lines he wants to use, but players like Kravtsov need experience to reduce positional or skating or situational (like chip rather than stick handle), or whatever sort of errors before he can trust them with top 6 minutes against top 6 opposition.
Having this faith is where the fanbase is lacking. |

This guy. Gallant's brain "Kravtsov probably works better on Line 1, but you know what? (frank) it, I'm gonna put Goodrow there again."

Gallant said he'd like to get Kravtsov "some shifts up with the top line on the right side," adding, "We know where he fits."
He dropped a couple hints that the eventual plan is to move him up - "I know what our perfect lines are" - but he's not ready to make that move yet. - nyrangers2
If I had to read between the lines here, he’s saying he knows he’s a top 6 player talent wise and he’s miscast in the bottom 6. But there’s still things he wants him to learn/improve in his game before he starts giving him 16/17 minutes a night. |

Oooof. That hurts. But, only because it's warranted!
This couple looks happy too, don't they?

Not sure who to point a finger at, really. I consider it more a factor of the overall hockey culture in this country. I suppose you could play chicken and egg with it, but should the organization have to police young men as if they have no moral code or family values? I'll gladly take credit for any reasonable solution you can provide! |

He wasn’t terrible. Biggest issue is he’s a way below avg skater. Not a full time regular defenseman. Maybe a 7th or more so 8th dman |

Well, he was sat down and presumably told to watch and see what he's been doing wrong. You know at some point he's getting back in to try and do better.
At least he's not taking Kravy out for him. |

Sounds like flyers are healthy scratching their leading scorer Kevin Hayes tonight. Wonder if that holds up lol |

That contract of his is still bonkers. Trochek makes 1.5m less and has more goals and assists in 2 more career games |

No one is doubting his talent. But he missed 35 games last year and has missed 16 out of 28 this year. Guy can’t stay healthy. |
