I wouldnt change too much, nor would I overpay either guy.

I think both return, but if not, unfortunately the Sabres choose okposo over girgs IMO.

they can justify the slight overpayment with okposo wearing the "C"

Fun to see the posters coming around from earlier tirades about the younger guns..Krebs, JJP, Quinn, UPL not immediately producing at veteran levels and the tactics employed by the Coaching Staff to develop those young guns at their speed.

The problem was that they felt that couldn't upgrade the forward group and give these guys ice time, which was completely erroneous. They suffered that 8 game losing streak and likely fall short of the playoffs because of it. That bottom six is still atrocious. For every game Okposo had last night, there will be 4 or 5 that will be at the opposite end of the spectrum.
