This is one horrible game between Miami and New England. |

How on earth did Chris Jones not get a roughing the passer call for body slamming Wilson?

I’ll tell you what; no one wants to play the Sabres in the first round. We are looking more and more like a playoff team. If UPL can keep this up and we can get our defense healthy, we have a good shot at a playoff spot |

Yeah, I don't think he can handle that. Unless you're telling me he's played no specials in the last two years, he's 20 total a game. Is that really an upgrade over Joker? Not to me. |

Welp... ive watched three Sens games this year not against Buffalo, and he doesnt really stand out to me as anything. Which doesn't mean much, but when I look at his stats, he doesn't look like an impactful player since he was in Toronto. And, as is known, I'm not nearly as down on Joker as the rest of the board. I think he's fairly good.
I could take him on the team, sure, but he replacing a 3rd pair guy to me. If we're really bringing in a defenseman better than Joker or Clague then it has to be Chychrun to me as far as quality.

I was thinking the same thing. If they make the playoffs, we’re a tough match up. These kids won’t go down without a fight. We can score, we lose games because of mistakes like stupid penalties and defensive lapses. Experienced teams capitalize. When they cleanup those mistakes, look out. |

Maybe, his Dzone start is almost 70%, probably why he's not noticed. I would take him for a high pick or 2 2nds |

Well, that's nothing to me. If he's being dealt for peanuts you swoop. Our 1st round pick for next draft is an asset to deal and nothing else to me. |

Example: marchands go ahead goal yesterday. Dahlin shouldn’t pinch in a tie game. That said, once Dahlin pinched Sammy needed to get himself a zone behind and in the middle of the ice. Sammy got caught covering someone on the same side Dahlin pinched leaving Marchand wide open up the middle. I’m sure that won’t happen again. |

They are offering a high pick for him, this draft is pretty loaded or it's extra ammo for another move if need be. |

No idea. This is all news to me. He's an NHL defenseman. For nothing? Is he making a ton? |

Yeah, if I can get Ottawa's 1st or even there 2nd this and next year. I think I would do it. He's very serviceable |

Sens willing to add high draft pick with Ziatzev to move him. $4.5 cap hit this year and next.
Should Sabres be interested? I think no, unless it’s a 1st we consider, but even still, I might want cap space to actually improve this team, not the future Sabres. - Lilroot9
Only if it is an unprotected '23 1st.
Then Buyout 7/15/2023:
▪Cash owed from 7/15/2023 Buyout = total of $1.7m
▪'23-24 Cap hit $2.8m
▪'2r-25 Cap hit $0.8m
"Winning"
Could you imagine getting the 2-OA pick as a result...Fantelli here we come!

Check this picture. He pinched because he could and Marchand was 6th skater for a bit to get that open with his breakaway starting with the 6th skater still on the ice by a few feet. Should not have counted….
