There should be absolutely zero question that among the safest places to have a serious medical issue is at a large sporting event where not only is there an abundance of proper equipment, supplies but also supremely trained and expert personnel on-site to take proper action within the first few moments…which is critical. There was very little time wasted for equipment and professionals to arrive on scene.

Anyone who thinks just because a Defibulator is in a Mall that all things are equal must be among those shouting on social media to call the game and allow 70,00 to exit the stadium at the precise moment the ambulance would be trying to navigate through drunks to get to the hospital.
