If Eichel was a band, he would be Me First and the Gimme Gimmes.
Tage would be the Eagles. Smooth as hell, unique, and a hell of a finisher. |

Hank- any chance you could do an investation blog on how SSTT got to be so good? I wanted his ass outta here up until last year. Thought he was terrible.
Now, superstar. I can’t think of any other player that rose from obscurity to becoming a legitimate top 5 player in the NHL.
We know about Ryan O’Timmycrash’s after practice practices, and I’ve always said that for a guy who practices that much, he sucks. Facetiously of course. Maybe he just needs to do all that to be an average NHler now but who knows.
We also know about Eichel’s American Psycho training regimen with his beauty rests and a-hole Shooter McGavib treatment of teammates.
What is TT doing to get so good? His stock handling is outta this world and his shot is something else. But we never hear about how he develops these skills in secret? Inquiring minds want to know. |

Tage's 3rd goal came at the 3 minute mark of OT on January 3rd for his 3(0)th goal of the year
For Hamlin all the way
It's also his 3rd hattrick of the season - Stripes77

Let's go Adams, go get Murphy and that way when Joker is back he can drop to to 3RD
Samuelsson Dahlin
Power Murphy
Clague Joker
Can't keep playing Dahlin Samuelsson Power 25-26min a night they will wear out. Already showing signs of mental fatigue. |

Assuming Toews waives, big assumption, what do you give up for him and Murphy? - boilermaker100
Don’t want toews. Old and slow
Don’t mess with the offense.
We need defense |

That tall guy #72 is really good at hockey. He might just have a bright future.
I mean really. This guy is a franking unicorn. He is fast and agile on his skates. Can pass and he can shoot one timers and 100mph with deadly accuracy. I think he gets 60 this year or more. He is just that dominant right now. |

There was a time a few years back that Staal, Hall, Larry, Curly, and Mo Okposo couldn't score more than one a game to help out the goalies. Looking back that team had offensive power but this team has something more special. They are a team. |

Agreed about the face off guy
And we need a defensemen to help the d core
Lybuskin and Bryson together are a mess and Clauge barely plays.
Dahlin can’t do Dahlin things when he’s gassed - Sabretooth9
Clague played 17+ minutes each of the past 2 nights, which is top 4 minutes. |

Clague was a nice signing, he would make for a good 3D, still think they need that 2RD and drop Joker down to 3RD, they could really balance out some minutes with
Clague Joker 3rd pairing. |

Here's the constitution of the defense right now:
Dahlin, Samuelsson, Power, Jokiharju, Bryson, Fitzgerald, Lyubushkin, Clague, Pilut
Pilut was waived, which leaves 8.
When Jokiharju comes back, what happens? Is Fitzgerald waived?
Can they really keep trotting out there the Bryson - Lyubushkin duo, who consistently has issues? How are you feeling about Lyubushkin's game?
Is this the best 7 D when all are healthy?
Dahlin - Samuelsson
Power - Jokiharju
Clague - Lyubushkin
Bryson |

I don't like Lyubushkin's game right now. He has been a disappointment. Unfortunately that probably is it. Need to drop Joker down and find someone for 2RD. I don't expect that to happen though. Like you said too many Bodies. Adams would have to make a couple trades. |

Eichel was the hex.
Tuch > eichel - Boss34
Tuch is clearly a better fit for the Sabres than Eichel.
Eichel was playing well before the injury -- 29 pts in 27 games and a +17.
Tuch now has 42 points in 36 games and is a +14. |

Not saying to do it, a few things would need to happen, but checks off some needed boxes. Bo Horvat would make are C death elite. And another huge check is he is Fantastic on the dot. Face-offs have hurt this team, we chase the puck far to much. Depending the cost to aquire and him signing a reasonable Contract extension he would Check some faults. |
