I simply don't get the hate. I think these charts are a 90% waste of time, but I'm certainly not going to lose my mind over it. The scroll function on my mouse works regardless of whether there are analytics on the screen.

I mean I post them regardless if they are good or bad. They help me explain what I just watched. You don't like, fine. You don't have to. (Generally. Not just you.)

I really don’t care lol I just think that it’s funny that a chart trumps a career of 1200+ pts

I’m honestly done fighting you. I’ll ignore the pot stirrin and move on

Your chart on last nights game shows Gavrikov was the worst player on the ice. I don't agree with that for a moment. So Gavrikov was worse than Blais and LaFranchise? Charts can lie....

Heres my thoughts on analytics. Not that anyone cares. You will never be able to quantify the whole game in a chart. Just cant do it. You will also never be able to see everything that goes on in a game by just watching. So while each has there purposes, neither is the end all be all. I personally could care less about charts and poop cause I just like watching the game and analytics feels like homework

That's right. You're so close. The more shot attempts you give up, the high the probability you give up more goals.

And as for Gavrikov he was on for 5 on 5 goal against. That's not good is it? Unless giving up goals is no good. For his attempts. He was on the ice for 8 five on five Shot attempts for and 11 against. And in scoring chances. He was on the ice for 0 for and 7(!) against.

Do I still want the Rangers to acquire him? Yes. Did he play well last night? No.

Wow, crazy. A breakdown of what I look at huh?!

Nothing to save. I explained why I post the analytics. You and Tommy insinuated Gavrikov was good last night. Better than Blais and Lafreniere. I just explained why that is incorrect. The Rangers literally controlled the entire game when he was on the ice. Does that make him bad for rest year? No. The Rest of his career? No. Was he bad last night? Yes.

I just gave you 2 paragraphs on why Gavrikov didn't play well last night. Nothing more I can do.
