They might be shooting themselves in the foot with regard to Bedard but I don't care. I'm a believer in conspiracy theories and I can't imagine any possible way the Blackhawks won't get the first pick.

Exactly- winning is fun..and the fact LaCombe indicated that he intends to sign is Aces.
