Bank the points. They don't ask teams to give them back, but man that was a tough watch in the defensive zone. Very luck they faced a bad Canucks team starting a 4th string goalie.

can't believe how gross that game was last night. i'm (frank)ing exhausted this morning.
the oilers will absolutely boat race them on Friday if they play like that again. they really need to tighten it up, draisaitl may win ever draw he takes on friday

Fair.
That's why I have a hard time putting much criticism on Shesty. He shouldn't have had to come up with saves on the 1st and 4th goals. I mean poop, on the one his stick ends up in Trouba's skate runner which instantly hampers him and takes a defender out of the play. It's not like they have to run that scenario in practice to be prepared for it.
Maybe it's just that I was a goalie for so long that I look to defend him, IDK.
thats my favorite theme because that's when I was a little guy - jimbro83
Only thing I ever heard at that time was the Hockey Night in Canada theme. I probably thought it was the National Anthem at that age.

They were very scrambly in the dzone all night really. That one goal against when Lindgren tried to clear it and it hit Kakko instead is what I mean. A lot of that, they didn’t recover the puck well

Good teams win games like that tho. So that’s a positive. One of those games you couldn’t wait to end tho lol just to get it over with getting two pts before something terrible happens
I started watching them on TV in the mid-late 60s and there's a different theme from that period that I haven't found a recording of ... yet. - dashripdot
this is from february 1982, I dont know if I can express enough just how excited I would get when I opened TV guide and saw a Ranger game was gonna be on
