I'm actually surprised at how well they played in the first. If Vasilevskiy isn't Vasilevskiy the Ducks probably scored 2 goals there. The Bolts announcers said as much. However, any time Nathan Beaulieu is in the line-up the Ducks are basically playing 5 D-men so the fatigue kicked in during the second period and that was all she wrote. Meh, anyone who expected the Ducks to win this game is a fool. In fact, this whole road trip looked like an 0-fer anyway. That they got a point in Florida is pretty impressive.

Yeah, they were actually pretty solid in the first half.. but after they went down one nothing, you could see the floodgates just open up.. Beaulieu is it turnover machine every time…
and the March to the penalty box is a direct reflection on the absurd “D” scheme if you can even call it that of the swarm..
I actually think they’ve got a chance in Washington… and they always seem to play Carolina pretty well..
As far as I am concerned, the swarm and Vertank need to be gone at the end of the year… and at this point, I wish the Samueli’s were would just sell the team to owners that could afford to put a winner on the ice…
