he's still very young though but I get what you're saying, at some point you might want to think about the individual, especially if you arent' planning on becoming competitive in a near future.

almost 200 NHL games played and he's only 24, as a goalie that's impressive.

i'd like to keep him for 15 years but i don't sense any urgency at all from the organization to get better. he shouldn't have to wait 5 more years for the chance that they might become competitive by then.

of course, i'm just pissed that they don't care about winning anymore so i'm probably influenced by that a little bit too.

It's silly season folks ... Edmonton is looking to add on defense even though they have no cap space available. Some salary will have to come off their books to fit whoever they acquire.

Meanwhile, the Preds are asking for 2 first round picks for 32 yrs old Mattias Ekholm.

kinda sucks to have a rather questionable management team in place when you have a passionate fanbase that just wants them to be good and win hockey games.

I like MSL's comments about Gurianov, saying he wants to make his own opinion on him and not be clouded by what was previously said.

That's the way it should be.

we just had a big article about the potholes. the entire delaware valley seems to just get awful pot holes.

this is pothole season here from all the plowing, but now we don't even get snow and we still get huge rim and tire busting potholes.

So GMs may now try and injure their own players to acquire more firepower then? Got it lol... Basically if you're "lucky" enough to have injuried, you can get extra help in the playoffs no problem, if your team stays healthy tough poop, deal with the cap lol
