TB can do this kind of trade. they won, they know how to win again. Leafs can't pass the 1st round, may lose some big pieces to free market next summer, their 1st round pick in 2025 might be a good one. good deal for CHI imo.

Rebuilding for a few years, it is the complete year down year. It will take a few years for those drafted players to come up.

Tough break for Chicago this year with Florida and Montreal winning the lottery though, not helping accelerate your rebuild.
